Custom UL 508A Control Panels

Hill House Products has been manufacturing custom control panels for its OEM customers for thirty years. Our unique understanding of the industrial automation and motion control business allows us to produce the highest quality, most reliable and cost effective control panels available.

We are a UL 508A certified shop specializing in custom control panels. Each panel is designed and built to our customer's specifications, including components, enclosure sizes, colors and custom nameplates. Many of our panels include variable frequency drives and PLC's.

What is the value of a UL 508A certification? The UL 508A certification is important because it demonstrates that the panel complies with acceptable safety standards. The UL 508A listing mark indicates at a glance to any third party that the control panel meets the UL panel directive. As with all UL certified panel shops, part of the certification process includes UL inspector audits at our facility, typically unannounced, to check for UL compliance. Additionally, with the certification, the panels are built using only UL recognized and list components. Understanding that all list components, in and of themselves, have also gone through rigorous UL testing.
